TEHRAN, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Iran has arrested the head of a revolutionary court in connection with a prostitution ring involving minors, a newspaper reported on Thursday. Hambastegi daily said several senior officials, including the head of Karaj revolutionary court, had been arrested in a case involving runaway young girls. Karaj is a town west of the capital Tehran. Abass Ali Alizadeh, head of Tehran Justice, confirmed the arrest, but did not elaborate on the charges. He did not give the name of the judge. "He is in temporary detention for a series of accusations that are under investigation," the official news agency IRNA quoted Alizadeh as saying.
