I am interested in the material: 'Shah Maghsoud' a yellowish/ greenish stone used for making traditional Rosaries (Tasbih) in
Iran. Can anybody tell me:
- What is this stone exactly (mineralogically)?
- Where is it mined?
- What are it's properties?
- Are larger Objects than just beads carved
from this material?
Thanks for any Information
