Abraham did not have the Law of Moses because Abraham died 250 years before Moses was born. It is important to keep in mind that Jews are not a race, Jews are a religion.

The Genesis account of the bloodline of Abraham tells us that Jacob (also called Israel), the grandson of Abraham, received his blessing from Isaac by fraud (Genesis 27:1-45). Those who claim that Jacob rightfully received the blessing are deceived. Jacob violated three of God's Commandments: (1) the commandment to obey your father; (2) the commandment not to lie; (3) the commandment not to steal (he stole the inheritance of Esau in an unfair, anti-God trade). The Ten Commandments existed in the Garden of Eden. Rebecca, in the same context as Eve's deception of Adam, manipulated her son, Jacob, to deceive Isaac. Jacob's purchase of Esau's birthright was legal under Jewish law, but morally wrong.
